Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Return Window

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase and photos of defective or incorrect items are required.
  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Partial Refunds (if applicable)
    Books with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refund Process

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt.
  • You will be notified by email if your refund is approved or denied.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value
  • If not marked as a gift (or sent to the gift giver first), the refund will go to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
