Return Window
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase and photos of defective or incorrect items are required.
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
- Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use - Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
Refund Process
- All returns are inspected upon receipt.
- You will be notified by email if your refund is approved or denied.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Sale Items
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value
- If not marked as a gift (or sent to the gift giver first), the refund will go to the original purchaser
Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
